ABOUT The Condo
Our 1-bedroom condo is warm and cozy, outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Board games, puzzles, fast Wifi, a dedicated workstation, cable TV, and a warm fireplace -- it's the perfect place for both work and play.
It sleeps 2-4. There’s a king bed in the single bedroom, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room.
The entire condo is yours during your stay. Just around the corner of the condo, is a shared BBQ and community jacuzzi.

Hi, My name is Lauren!
I have called Colorado my home for almost a decade now. A self-proclaimed adventurer, I am outside exploring almost every weekend and have covered a large portion of this beautiful state. There’s so much to love! Breathtaking scenery, incredible wildlife, delicious food and small towns full of friendly people.
I fell in love with Granby after spending some time in the area a few years ago. I especially appreciated that it was “just” off the beaten path, so you got away from the crowds that can sometimes plague mountain towns…but you still get to see some of the best of Colorado.
My primary goal with Sundog Condo is to help others experience the Colorado that I know and love. I’ve been an Airbnb Superhost for 10 years now and do everything I can to ensure you not only have a 5-star experience, but will also want to come back again and again!

“Four of us stayed here 3 nights and loved the place -- especially the outdoor fire pit and chairs. We enjoyed a couple happy hours and a breakfast there. The condo was well-stocked with games, kitchen utensils, books, and local guides, has a fireplace that quickly warmed the unit, and was physically close to a spacious outdoor barbecue, a large hot tub, multiple hiking trails, and Granby Ranch's East Mountain/Kicking Horse chairlift and hiking trails. The Granby Ranch development is a great jumping off location for exploring the surrounding area. We visited the Rocky Mountain National Park, whose west entrance was only 30 minutes away, and saw 4 adult moose and 2 babies grazing. We stopped for lunch and ice cream in Grand Lake, a scenic town which we highly recommend. Three other nearby stops we tried and suggest are Vicious Cycle Brewing for pizza and beer, Rocky Mountain Roastery for coffee, and Winter Park Winery.”

“Beautiful serene location with the home away from home appeal. The condo was adequately furnished with basic household items and a great supply of cooking utensils to cook full course meals. Lauren was very responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. Great place that is very close to local trails, restaurants, and grocery store at a good price. Highly recommend!”
“Great home in a killer location! Super clean and comfortable, the place is well-stocked with what is needed whether you like to entertain and cook at home, or simply want a place to recuperate between adventures. For relaxing in the evening, the outdoor firepit and surrounding chairs are super comfortable and calming. The common area hot tub is just seconds away, and the nearby fitness center has everything you could want for a workout. My exercise preference is a hike in the mountains, which are less than 100 yards from the front door and have multiple trails available. Multiple dinner options are either a healthy walk or a short drive away. Or if you prefer to cook, the best grocery store for miles around is located across the street from the Granby Ranch entrance. All in all this was a home-run rental that we plan on returning to.”
